About Julie Fowler, Omaha Divorce and Child Custody Attorney
Julie Fowler is an Omaha divorce and child custody attorney who has represented Nebraska families in family-law matters since 2007. She helps clients throughout the Omaha metro and eastern Nebraska with divorce, child custody, child support, parenting plans, paternity, and post-decree modifications.
Before opening her own practice, Julie served as a research attorney for Douglas County District Court judges. That experience gave her valuable insight into how Nebraska courts evaluate evidence, legal arguments, and contested family-law issues, and it continues to inform the preparation and strategy she brings to every case.

Julie has argued family-law matters before the Nebraska Supreme Court and has handled hundreds of hearings and trials across eastern Nebraska.
